Got Questions?
I’ve Got Answers
Running a small business comes with enough to think about, working with me shouldn’t be one of them. Here are some quick answers to things I get asked often. If you’re still wondering about something, feel free to get in touch!
How does payment work?
For most projects, a 50% deposit is required upfront to lock in your spot, and the remaining 50% is due just before final delivery. For ongoing services like social media or email campaigns, payments are made monthly.
What platforms do you build websites on?
I build all websites using WIX. It’s user-friendly, looks great, and makes it easy for you to make edits yourself down the track (without needing a tech degree!). If you're already on another platform, we can talk about migrating.
What if I don’t know what I need yet?
That’s totally okay — lots of people don’t! I offer a free discovery call where we can chat about your goals, budget, and where you’re feeling stuck. From there, I’ll guide you to the package that fits best or create a custom option for you.
I just need help with one small thing. Can you do that?
Absolutely! I offer ad-hoc support for things like social media posts, email templates, flyer design, website tweaks and more. Reach out and I’ll give you a quote.
How long does a website project take?
Most websites take around 3–4 weeks from start to finish, depending on how quickly content is provided and how many pages/features are needed. I’ll give you a timeline up front so we’re both on the same page.
Can I update my website myself afterwards?
Yes! One of the reasons I use WIX is so you can make updates confidently without needing me for every little change. I include a 1:1 handover session or video tutorial after your site is done.
What if I need help after the project is finished?
I offer ongoing support packages for website maintenance, social media, and email marketing. You’ll never be left hanging — I’m always just a message away if you need updates, edits or advice.
Do you work with businesses outside of Dunsborough?
Definitely! While I love working with local clients, I can work with small businesses anywhere in Australia. All our chats can happen via Zoom, phone, or email — so distance isn’t a barrier.
